Processing contact enquiries with ClickUp

To process enquiries in a structured way, the contact form creates a task in ClickUp containing the name, email address, optional company, enquiry type and message, selected language and submission time.

The provider is Mango Technologies, Inc. DBA ClickUp, 350 Tenth Ave, 5th Floor, San Diego, CA 92101, USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in efficiently processing enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

ClickUp also processes data in the United States. According to ClickUp's Data Processing Addendum, cross-border transfers are based in particular on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
